Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Iron Condor LLC, which provides Kleanrly (“we”, “us”), for the Kleanrly website and apps. By using Kleanrly, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Kleanrly
You must be 18 or older. You’re responsible for your account: use an email address you control, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
Your plans
Kleanrly suggests what to clean and when. Use your own judgment: follow the labels on cleaning products, don’t mix products, and skip anything that isn’t safe for you or your home. We aren’t responsible for damage or injury from cleaning.
Premium
- Price and renewal: Premium is a monthly subscription, $4.99/month on our website. App Store and Google Play show their own price. It renews automatically each month, and you’re charged at the start of each month until you cancel.
- Cancelling: cancel any time. If you subscribed on our website, use Account → Manage subscription. If you subscribed in the App Store or Google Play, cancel in your store account’s subscription settings. Premium stays on until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
- Refunds: we don’t refund partial months, except where the law requires it. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google.
- Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, Premium may stay on for a short time while the payment is retried. If it isn’t paid, Premium ends.
- Price changes: we’ll tell you before a new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.
- Deleting your account ends a subscription made on our website at once, without a refund for the rest of the month. It doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel that in your store account.
Fair use
Don’t misuse Kleanrly: no attempts to break in or overload it, no automated access or scraping, no copying or reselling it, and nothing illegal. We may suspend or close an account that does.
Your information and ours
What you enter stays yours. You let us store and use it to run Kleanrly for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. Kleanrly itself, including its design, text, images, and plans, belongs to us.
Ending
You can stop using Kleanrly at any time and delete your account in Account. We may stop offering Kleanrly or parts of it. If we close a paid service, we’ll refund any unused time you paid for on our website.
No warranties
Kleanrly is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
App Store
If you use Kleanrly on an Apple device, these terms are between you and Iron Condor LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for Kleanrly and isn’t responsible for claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This doesn’t take away consumer protections you have where you live.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we’ll also tell you by email or in Kleanrly. Using Kleanrly after a change means you accept it.
